Limestays rents out holiday homes and villas where vacationers can enjoy an authentic and memorable stay experience with friends and family. Instead of impersonal hotels with generic facilities and features, Limestays’ offerings are unique, personalised and focused on providing more freedom and privacy than standard hotels or resorts.
Approach to meet the challenge
The concept of a ‘holiday home’ is fairly new in India. Limestays’ goal was to encourage more well-to-do Indian families to opt for private holiday homes for their next vacation rather than staying at generic hotels. Magnarevo’s designed an Ecommerce strategy for Limestays’ website so tech-savvy city-dwellers could book a holiday villa quickly, safely and easily. We also designed a creative and unique social media strategy to improve Limestays’ visibility and engagement with potential customers.
Magnarevo designed a professional-looking, responsive website for Limestays with an optimal mix of informative text and photos about each property in Limestays’ portfolio. The new website has a clean site structure and is perfectly aligned with the company’s brand aspirations (logo, colours, etc). Each property page also has a ‘Booking Enquiry’ form to encourage potential customers to reach out to Limestays with enquiries and booking orders. The Limestays website is fully accessible and usable from any mobile device including laptops, tablets and Smartphones.
Magnarevo created an executable game plan for managing Limestays’ social media presence after a thorough analysis of its target audience and buyer personas (upwardly-mobile Indians looking for personalised holiday stay options for groups). We developed a social media strategy (organic and paid ads) for two platforms, Facebook and Instagram. We created content and ads (40-50 words max) that were not only engaging but also addressed the needs of Limestays’ client base.

Magnarevo designed strategic reach- and lead-generation focused social media and paid ad campaigns to make Tinnu International stand out from the crowd. In less than 6 months, Tinnu has garnered thousands of new followers on Facebook and Instagram. It has also achieved massive success at generating hundreds of quality leads that have already converted into loyal customers and brand advocates.
In less than 3 months, Limestays started generating more direct leads and property bookings through its website than ever before. Its cadre of devoted followers on social media has increased 3X. With organic traffic touching the high thousands on some days, Limestays has achieved greater visibility and a good reputation in the industry.
